While we can't physically measure a step height or test a grab bar's stability, we can assess the vast majority of safety factors through a guided video walkthrough, and your written report includes clear, actionable recommendations based on everything we’re able to observe. For homes where very specific measurements are critical, an in-person assessment may be recommended.

After booking, you'll receive a confirmation with a video call link and a simple preparation guide. At the scheduled time, Jen guides you room by room via live video — asking you to show specific areas and angles as she assesses each space in real time. The session is conversational and collaborative. We take your privacy seriously and handle all information with care

Virtual assessments typically run 60 to 90 minutes.
