Our Community Commitment

The Pryor Project™

Safety should never be a privilege.

My mom, dad and me at Lincoln Center – a bucket list night.

COMMUNITY GIVEBACK PROGRAM

The Pryor Project™ is SafelySituated's pro bono home safety assessment program — a commitment to providing the same expert assessment to those in need, regardless of their ability to pay.

A safe home shouldn’t be a luxury. Every person — every older adult, every family, every child — deserves to live safely in their home.

The Pryor Project™ is how we live that belief every day. It is my parents' legacy in action. And it is, at its heart, the reason SafelySituated exists.

NAMED IN THEIR HONOR

My parents, Dick and Jacki Pryor, believed that the measure of a life well-lived was not what you accumulated — it was what you gave. They volunteered their time, their talent, and their resources throughout their lives. They built everything they had from nothing, and they never forgot what it felt like to need a hand.

Their philosophy was simple and unwavering: everyone has a story, and we never know what a person is dealing with on any particular day. Lead with kindness. Lead with respect. Always. No exceptions.

I miss them every day. And I feel them in every assessment I complete — in the care I bring to every home, and in the program we created to honor the legacy they left.

Dick and Jacki Pryor.

People of service.

OUR COMMITMENT

Privacy, dignity, and no conditions.

Every Pryor Project™ assessment is conducted with complete confidentiality. Recipients are never identified publicly — not in our marketing, not on social media, not anywhere. Their participation is entirely private.

We believe that accepting help should never feel like a concession. The Pryor Project™ is offered quietly, respectfully, and without condition — because that is how Dick and Jacki Pryor would have done it.

Over time, we will share the impact of the Pryor Project™ through numbers and community reach.

How Nominations Work

Anyone can nominate someone they believe would benefit from a Pryor Project™ assessment. The process is simple, private, and handled with complete care.

STEP 1

Complete Nomination Form

STEP 2

We Reach Out

Once an application is selected, Jen contacts the nominator privately to obtain the nominee's information. She then reaches out directly to offer a complimentary assessment. There is no obligation and no pressure — the conversation is entirely on their terms.
