Transparency is the core of our brand. By charging a flat fee for our Roadmaps, we ensure that our advice remains 100% objective. We accept zero referral fees from contractors and sell no products which results in delivering a completely objective assessments.

Our Global Virtual Roadmap™ allows us to provide our "Expert Eye" to families nationwide. Using a secure portal for photos and a 90-minute deep-dive video call, we guide you through a modified version of the same rigorous evaluation we perform in person. While we aren’t physically in the room, our 30 years of movement science allows us to help identify risks through your lens. Your assessment results are presented in a proprietary SafelySituated™ Roadmap created specifically for our Global Virtual clients.

Neither. We are Environmental Safety Strategists. We do not perform construction. We provide SafelySituated™ Roadmaps to guide you in meeting your home safety goals.
-
Your Roadmap is designed to be a clear, prioritized action plan you can use as a reference for a contractor, family member, or yourself. We're always happy to answer follow-up questions about your report so you feel confident moving forward. Because we don't perform construction, sell products, or accept referral fees, you're always free to choose who completes the work, on your own timeline and budget.

Yes. A home health aide provides personal care; we provide environmental strategy. Our Roadmaps identify the "invisible" stressors—like poor lighting contrast or improper ergonomic flow—that can lead to caregiver burnout or resident injury.
-
No. SafelySituated™ is a non-medical consultancy. Because we focus on environmental strategy rather than clinical treatment or diagnosis, our services are an out-of-pocket investment. Most families view our fee as a "preventative asset" that can save thousands in potential renovation errors or medical costs. We created the Pryor Project™ to assist families for whom cost is a barrier. Requests and referrals can be submitted by either visiting our “Pryor Project” or “Contact” page.

Absolutely. This is the heart of our Family Assurance Roadmap™.We act as a neutral, third-party expert. By framing the conversation around the "physics of the home" rather than "personal ability," we remove the emotion and conflict from the process. A copy of our "Respectful Conversation Guide" can be downloaded from our “resources” page.
