The following disclosures outline the nature of the relationship between SafelySituated™ and our clients. Our goal is to provide total clarity regarding our independent status, our clinical-grade foundations, and the strategic nature of our work.

1. Nature of Service: Non-Medical Strategy

SafelySituated™ is an environmental strategy consultancy. While our founder’s 30-year foundation in movement science and over 30,000 hours of clinical-grade observation inform our technical specifications, the services provided—including the SafelySituated™ Strategic Roadmap—do not constitute medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or physical therapy treatment.

  • No Clinical Relationship: Engaging SafelySituated™ for a home audit or virtual assessment does not establish a patient-therapist relationship.

  • Medical Consultation: Clients are advised to consult with their primary healthcare providers regarding specific medical conditions, rehabilitative needs, or physical limitations.

2. Commitment to Objective Advocacy

To maintain 100% objectivity, SafelySituated™ operates as a pure-fee consultancy. We are dedicated solely to the performance of your home and the autonomy of your family.

  • Conflict-Free Model: We receive zero commissions, referral fees, or "kickbacks" from contractors, architects, equipment manufacturers, or product vendors.

  • Vendor Agnostic: Our recommendations are based on human physics and environmental data, never on sales quotas.

3. Implementation & Structural Liability

SafelySituated™ provides strategic recommendations; we do not perform structural modifications or construction.

  • Professional Oversight: All recommendations within a Strategic Roadmap should be reviewed and executed by a licensed, insured, and bonded contractor or structural engineer in your local jurisdiction.

  • Third-Party Work: SafelySituated™ assumes no liability for the quality of workmanship performed by third-party vendors or for any incidents occurring within the environment following the delivery of our report.

4. Intellectual Property Notice

The methodology behind our audits—including the "Anticipating the Vertical Explorer" framework and the "Midnight Path" analysis—is the proprietary intellectual property of SafelySituated™.

  • Usage: The Strategic Roadmap is for the exclusive use of the client and their designated implementation team (architects/contractors). No part of our proprietary diagnostic process or reporting may be reproduced or utilized for commercial purposes without express written consent.

5. Virtual Assessment Limitations

For clients utilizing our Virtual Assessment services, the diagnostic is limited to the visual data provided by the client via secure video link. While we apply the same 30,000-hour lens to these sessions, the client acknowledges that remote assessments may lack the tactile nuance of an on-site visit.

6. Privacy & Data Security

In accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), we treat your home and family data with the highest level of discretion.

  • Photos/Video: Any media captured during an audit is used exclusively to generate your Strategic Roadmap.

Encrypted Delivery: All digital Roadmaps are delivered via secure, encrypted channels. We do not sell or share client data with third-party marketers.
